What is Tiggly's return policy if I purchased online at Tiggly.com?

We issue both refunds and exchanges. No questions asked, you’ll get a full refund or an exchange. To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our returns/exchange policy expires 60 days from the date on your receipt.
 

To return your product, you can mail it and a copy of your receipt to: Tiggly, 222 Broadway, 19th Floor, New York, NY 10038. Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.  You may also submit a picture or copy of your receipt to support@tiggly.com.

 

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then, on your request, either ship you a new product or process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
