My toys don't work! What should I do?

If your product is defective, please e-mail support@tiggly.com and we will be happy to facilitate an exchange, if necessary. To expedite your response, when contacting customer support, please list the product (eg. Tiggly Words), tablet model (eg. IPad Mini 4), operating system (eg. IOS9). If your issue is in one or more of the Apps, please also list the Apps you are having difficulty with.  We work hard to replace defective units within 1-2 weeks (if not much faster than that).
