My toys don't work! What should I do?

If your product is defective, please e-mail and we will be happy to help troubleshoot, if necessary. To expedite your response, when contacting customer support, please list the product (eg. Tiggly Words), tablet model (eg. IPad Mini 4), operating system (eg. IOS9). If your issue is in one or more of the Apps, please also list the Apps you are having difficulty with.  

As of January 1, 2018, we no longer offer individual replacement pieces. Please exchange or return the items with the retailer where the product was initially purchased. If you are unable to return or exchange the item and it is within 60 days of date of purchase, please contact
