How do I get support or help?

If the articles here are not giving you the answers you need, please email support@tiggly.com and a customer service specialist will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours M-F.  When e-mailing customer support, please include your product name (eg. Tiggly Words), your device (eg. iPad Mini 4), your operating system (eg. IOS9).  If you are having difficulty with a specific App, please also list the App.
