How do I get support or help?
If the articles here are not giving you the answers you need, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer service specialist will respond to your inquiry (Monday - Friday). When e-mailing customer support, please include your product name (eg. Tiggly Words), your device (eg. iPad Mini 4), your operating system (eg. IOS9). If you are having difficulty with a specific App, please also list the App.
Please note that as of January 1, 2018, we no longer offer replacements. Please return or exchange your items with the retailer where they were purchased.
